Users with login issues should request a new password by clicking the button below.
Once they do this, a generic password will be emailed to them and this should work.
If a member attempts to edit their profile and choose a weak password i.e. less than 12 characters, the password reset will not work and they will have to request a new password using the above link. For now I think the best advice is to simply use the password that is emailed and not to attempt to reset it.
