Experiments in Awareness – First meeting

It’s a simple set up…I (Hwee Boon) will play the role of a facilitator, and run an experiment in awareness. Those in attendance can share thoughts and have a discussion after that.

While there is an aim towards what comes out of the experiment, my motivation in the meeting is for us to make contact, with the field, within us, and with each other. I imagine that it could be fun, fulfilling and nourishing 🙂

Let’s see how it goes with this first meeting. If this experiment works, let’s take turns to host and run this, even if it is just to satisfy our need for nourishing contact!
